Fantasy Depth Chart is owned and operated by Mike Clay and Daniel Smith. It was founded on May 1, 2009. The purpose of this site is to provide the reader with Fantasy Football news, analysis, depth charts, rankings, and advice.
Why is this site different from the rest? Here at Fantasy Depth Chart, our sole intention is to ignore other fantasy football opinions and provide divergent analysis based on data, up to the minute information and intuition. Coming from the duo that called Eddie Royal a sleeper in 2009 and Eddie Royal a bust in 2010, Fantasy Depth Chart will bring the out of the box analysis you look for to gain a fantasy edge.

Mike is originally from Pottsville, PA. In 2007, He graduated with a degree in Accounting from Kutztown University. His day job is as a Managerial Accountant at W.E. Yoder, Inc. Mike recently purchased a home in Fleetwood, PA, where he lives with his fiancee.
During his tenure at Kutztown University, Mike spent time as the Sports Editor for The Keystone, the University’s official newspaper, and as a broadcaster of KU basketball, softball, and baseball. In addition, Mike is the creator and sole contributor of Kutztown University Vital Sports. While at KU, Mike contributed various articles to the Pottsville Republican and Charleston Gazette.
In August, 2010, Mike founded and was named the Managing Editor of the Fantasy section at www.ProFootballFocus.com. Currently, Mike co-hosts the PFF Fantasy Blitz with Bryan Fontaine. The show airs every Wednesday at 8:30 pm EST.
Mike’s favorite athletic teams include the Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Flyers, Colorado Avalanche, Miami Hurricanes, and Marshall Thundering Herd. His favorite active athletes include Mark Martin, Chad Pennington, Aaron Rodgers, Andruw Jones, and Claude Giroux. Mike is an avid fantasy sports manager and runs competitive leagues in several sports, most notably baseball, nascar, and football.
Daniel Smith:
Daniel Smith is a North Carolina native and presently lives in beautiful Asheville North Carolina with his girlfreind Lizzie. Currently Daniel is employed with Venture Products International as a Logistics Planner/Purchasing Agent. A recent business graduate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Daniel is originally from Sylva, North Carolina.
Also an avid sports fan, Daniel is a contributor to many North Carolina sports teams including UNC Chapil Hill and UNC Wilmington, Carolina Hurricanes, Carolina Panthers, and Charlotte Bobcats . A life long Braves and NASCAR fan as well, Daniel spends much of his time attending various sporting events in the southeast as well as kayaking, mountain biking and hiking with his family in the mountains of North Carolina.
